Is snow fluid safe?
SNOWboy Snow Fluid is non-toxic, bio-degradable, non-staining and has been dermatologically tested. It is predominately water based and designed to evaporate away to nothing.  SNOWboy Snow Fluid has been used in countless venues and applications all over the world for over 25 years and is designed specifically for the SNOWboy range of machines. We can email a Material Safety Data Sheet if required - SNOWboy Snow Fluid is not subject ton COSHH as it is deemed as non hazardous.

Can I use Falling Snow Machines indoors?
Yes, all our SNOWboy machines can be used indoors.

How long does Snow Fluid last?
One litre of Snow Fluid will last approximately 4 minutes when the machine is run continously on a medium flake setting.

Can I return Snow Fluid I don't use?
We do not accept return of Snow Fluid for any quantities under 10 litres (4x 2.5 litre bottles) or opened 20 litre barrels of Snow Fluid. For quantities over 10 litres and 20 litre barrels there is a 20% restocking fee. All fluid returned must be unopened and the tamper seal intact or any refund will be void.

Can I hire Ground Snow equipment to use myself?
Ground Snow equipment requires two technicians to operate it - however, if you are planning on covering a small area, such as a small Christmas tree or a very small garden, you can buy the product and apply it by hand - this is not advisable for large areas. The end result will not be as good as through our machines.

How much does it cost to hire equipment?
All our rates can be found in the price list on our website in a downloadable format at the bottom of the page you are viewing.

Is the Hire price per week or per day?
Our Hire prices are based on a per week or part there of basis - unless otherwise specified.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
VAT is additional to the prices listed.

Do you deliver?
Yes. For most of our products delivery and collection can be arranged by next day courier. The price is based upon weight. Large pieces of equipment such as the 48" wind machine can be delivered by our own transport where upon the price would be based upon mileage.

Which wind machines require a technician?
All our petrol powered wind machines require a technician.

How do I place an order?
You can either phone, fax or email us with details of what you want. Please ensure you include details of the dates, delivery and invoice addresses. We will reply by sending you an Equipment Rental Contract or Job Confirmation Form for you to sign and return to us with payment.

Can I open an Account?
Unfortunately we do not offer accounts anymore. Payment is on a Pro forma only basis.

Can I pay deposit?
Full payment is requried in advance to confirm a booking. We do accept deposits for the SNOWstorm Truck and SNOWguy Santa as these items are in high demand during the winter season - however, full payment would be required 4 weeks before the event date.

Why do you need my credit card details for a hire?
We take credit card details as security against non-payment and damages to our equipment. We will also charge a credit card when our courier has been turned away when trying to collect an item. Hires will not be honoured without card details on file.

Do you provide risk assesments?
Yes, but only when our Technicians are creating the effect.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Yes - we are insured for £5 million
