Water is an adaptable effect that can create an intense atmosphere for your production or event.
In creating a waterfall for a photo shoot, we constructed a large elevated tank with a re-circulating water system, connected to specially designed variable angle troughs. This allowed us to create the perfect set of waterfalls to surround the subject.

The waterfalls, surrounding the elegantly designed chair above, were totally adjustable allowing for a small trickle or a continuing wall of water.

For remote and large vehicle- unfriendly locations, we have a truck mounted mini bowser, which is ideal for rain shoots where water supply is scarce.
Real rain is very difficult to capture on film as the raindrops are too small - using different sized rain heads we can make bigger ones that look the part.
In fact we can create any size raindrops you need, going all the way down to a fine mist. |
Rain effects on Pleasureland for Channel 4 (above) used water from a hydrant, which ensured rain throughout the day.
Rain effects are generally created by using rain stands and bars, which can be positioned anywhere throughout a shot to create depth and atmosphere. |
