We do not accept return of Snow Fluid for quantities under 20 litres (8 x 2.5 litre bottles). Any returned Snow Fluid is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All containers must be unopened with the tamper seal intact or refund will be void.

How do I place an order?
You can either phone, or email us with details of what you want. Please ensure you include details of the dates, delivery and invoice addresses. We will reply by sending you an Equipment Rental Contract or Job Confirmation Form for you to sign and return to us with payment.

Full payment is requried in advance to confirm a booking. We do accept deposits for the SNOWstorm Truck as this items is in high demand during the winter season – however, full payment would be required 4 weeks before the event date.
Why do you need my credit card details for a hire?
We take credit card details as security against non-payment and damages to our equipment. We will also charge a credit card when our courier has been turned away when trying to collect an item. Hires will not be honoured without card details on file. Full payment is requried in advance to confirm a booking.
